💰 Refunds & Returns
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my plan?
A: A full refund is available within 7 days of your initial purchase (excluding domain/hosting). Monthly payments are non-refundable once the cycle starts. Annual plans may be partially refunded depending on usage. Setup fees are refundable within 48 hours only.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. We do not sell physical goods, and our digital services are non-returnable.

🌐 Domain & Hosting

Q: Is a domain included?
A: Yes. Every ABK plan includes one custom domain for one year.

Q: What happens to my domain if I cancel early?
A: You can keep your domain. We will transfer it to you. You can choose to continue hosting with us for a fee or cancel hosting altogether.

Q: Do I get to keep my website if I cancel?
A: Only if you arrange for hosting outside of ABK or continue paying for hosting. If not, your site will be taken offline.

❌ Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes, both monthly and yearly plans can be canceled anytime.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-year?
A: Yearly plans may qualify for partial setup refunds depending on the time and tasks completed. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. We evaluate each case based on the time used and the service progress.

🧩 Paid Features

Q: Are plugins, software, or stock images included?
A: No. We may cover the first year during development, but renewals or additional tools must be paid by you.

🛠 OPTIONAL PAID FEATURES

Q: Are all tools included in my ABK plan?
A: Most tools are included, but some premium features (like licensed plugins, stock images, and third-party software) may require additional fees.

Q: Will I be notified before being charged for premium tools?
A: Yes. We will notify you if a feature requires an additional charge before activation.

Policies

Cancellation, Refund, and Returns,

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time.
Clients may cancel their ABK subscription at any point during the term. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund (see Refund Policy). Cancellation will terminate access to all services tied to the subscription, including hosting, software, and ongoing support, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Full Transfer Eligibility:
If you, the client, have completed 12 months of payments—either through a paid annual plan or 12 consecutive monthly payments—you are entitled to:

• Full transfer of domain ownership.
• Delivery of all design files, content, and website assets.
• Support in transitioning to a different provider, if needed.

Clients who cancel before completing 12 months are not eligible for full transfer of all assets but may choose to retain their domain under our standard domain transfer process (see Domains & Hosting Policy).

Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window:
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any new subscription purchase — excluding domain and hosting costs, which are non-refundable once registered or provisioned.

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Monthly payments are non-refundable after the 7-day window or once the billing cycle begins.
• Canceling before the next billing cycle stops future charges but does not refund the current month.
• If a client cancels before completing 12 months, full transfer of assets (domain, design, content) is not guaranteed.

Annual Subscriptions:

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase (excluding domain and hosting).
• After 7 days, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on time elapsed and service usage.
• Clients who maintain the subscription for the entire 12-month term are entitled to full transfer of assets upon cancellation.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns.
Atomic Business Kit (ABK) is a digital service-based subscription. As such, we do not offer returns on any product or service provided. This includes but is not limited to strategy sessions, digital deliverables, subscriptions, and software access.

Other Policies

Payments, Renewals, Domains, Hosting, and Other Policies

Domains & Hosting Policy

All ABK plans include one custom domain and one year of managed hosting.

If a user cancels within the first 12 months, two options are available:

• Option 1: Keep the domain (we will transfer domain ownership to you) and continue hosting by paying a standard monthly or annual hosting fee to maintain your live website.
• Option 2: Cancel hosting entirely, keep the domain, and request permanent deletion of all website files from our servers.

If a user has completed 12 months of payment (either by subscribing annually or by paying monthly for a full year), they are entitled to:

• Full transfer of domain ownership.
• Delivery of all website files and design assets.
• Guidance for migrating to a new host, if requested.

After 12 months:
If the user remains subscribed, the domain and hosting renew automatically as part of the subscription plan.

🔁 Renewals Policy

• Annual Plans: Automatically renew each year on the anniversary date, including hosting, domain, and software, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Monthly Plans: Renew every month. If cancelled before completing 12 months, services like hosting and plugin access may be affected or deactivated.
• Users who complete 12 months via monthly or annual plans are eligible for full transfer of domain, design, and content, if they choose to cancel.
• Paid Plugins/Tools: Licenses purchased for you must be renewed by you after the first year unless otherwise specified.

🕒 Late Payment Clause

• Grace Period: 48 hours.
• Late Fee: 5% applied after 48 hours.
• Pause Clause: Services are paused after 48 hours of non-payment.
• Termination: After 7 days without payment, your project may be canceled with no refund.
• Communication: Always notify us in advance if you are unable to make payments on time.

🧾 Service Agreement

By purchasing any ABK service, you are entering into a service agreement with Atomic Web App & Services Inc. outlining the following:

• Scope of Work: Based on your selected ABK package or custom proposal.
• Timeline: Projects typically have a 30-day development cycle.
• Revisions: One (1) revision included. Additional revisions incur extra fees.
• Task Changes: New tasks or scope changes may result in a price adjustment, always with client pre-approval.
• Outside Assets: Any non-included assets, such as stock photos, premium fonts, third-party plugins, must be paid by the client.
• Design Credit: All websites include a “Designed by AtomicWebApp.com” credit unless removed for a $250 fee.

💡 Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

Client Content
All content you provide to us — including text, logos, images, videos, and documents — remains your sole property. We do not claim any rights over the materials you supply.

Final Deliverables
Ownership of all final deliverables (such as your website, branding, and design assets) is transferred to you only if you have completed at least 12 months of active payments, either through a monthly plan or a fully prepaid annual plan. Once this condition is met and your account is in good standing, all rights to your deliverables are assigned to you.

Custom Work
All custom designs, code, and configurations created specifically for your business are considered part of your ABK subscription. Full ownership is granted only after the 12-month subscription condition is fulfilled and full payment is received.

Exceptions & Third-Party Licenses
Third-party software, plugins, stock images, and licensed tools remain under the control of their original creators or vendors. You may be responsible for renewing or maintaining those licenses after the first year, unless otherwise specified in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABK & Atomic Web App and Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
